Most of my work is tv food styling for "family restaurants" aka fast food. So styling 3D installations at bus stops was a treat! Finding the right glues and adhesives to withstand temperatures and elements was the first task -- then how to apply: one by one with tweezers, instead of simply piling them into plastic boxes moulded like letters. Matte vs shiny glazes also an issue, and each currant, cranberry, oat, almond, peanut and pepino (pumpkin seed) was hand selected for clarity, color and breakage. Each individual letter took about 4 hours assembly, and on two sides.
Food styling commission for JC Decaux bus stations in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane Australia.

Each letter was about 40 cm/15 inches high, constructed on two sides.
