Join us for a weekend in the bucolic vineyards of Khao Yai, Gateway to Isan in Thailand's Northeast, a pleasant hour's drive north of Bangkok. Learn first hand from local vintners marrying Thai foods with select grapes, plus lessons on traditional Isan culture and recipes. Isan is renowned for cooking up Thailand's tastiest dishes -- from gai yang grilled chicken, som tam green papaya salad, herbal tom som curry, delicious jaeow chili jam, and sticky rice.
